The property charged my card more than it was supposed there were stains on the sheets when I got to the room. The fro t desk agent who checked me in was eating instead of helping the front desk I had to call him from the back to check me in

The customer service was outstanding—friendly and attentive. Its prime location in Midtown made exploring restaurants and shops a breeze. Renovations being done currently so hotel lobby will be even better. Bonus: close proximity to Penn Station for easy travel connections. Highly recommend!

This property is a joke. They didn’t have anything they stated they had. No breakfast option, just apple and banana and some bagels right in the front when you walk inside. They were unable to accommodate an early check in because they are renovating the entire property. All the amenities (dining area, computer room, etc) all unavailable due to the renovations. I’m not sure what I ended up paying for because I received a room I didn’t ask for and no way to eat lunch or dinner. Yes there are restaurants around, but I planned to eat at the hotel. Also the hotel advertises on their website that they are fully renovated when it is in fact still half way being done. This is a sad excuse for a hotel. I will definitely not be returning.

Only a 10 minute walk to MSG and very reasonably priced. Clean, quiet. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Hôtel agréable, idéalement situé près de Flatiron et de Madison Square Park avec un shake shack pour les connaisseurs… ;-) et un Starbucks pour le p’tit dej! La chambre est propre, récente, certes un peu petite pour une famille de 4 mais avec un peu d’organisation, ça le fait. Il manque un placard pour les vêtements mais il y a une penderie. Il y a un distributeur de glaçons et de boissons dans le couloir très apprécié. Je recommande !

We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than neighboring hotels and also because of its walking distance from Penn Station where we arrived (and departed) by train. The hotel appeared to be going through some remodeling but overall the appearance was clean. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected in NYC. I liked that the bathroom provided bodywash and the housekeeper provided clean towels daily upon request. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. It is also about a 20 minute walk to 42nd street. Overall, we had a good stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Construction in the main lobby, very loud and inconvenient at times. only 2 elevators for 25 floors, often getting stuck or taking forever. no stair access through the lobby. other than that, extremely clean and friendly staff. great location for the chelsea area and for the price.

I wish they warned us about the construction in the lobby and the elevator delays. Other than that I was very pleased with our room. It was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and so cute too. Located across amazing thrift stores and lots of shops. Walkable but also very accessible to the metro. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful, a special call out to Destiny, she was friendly and helped us with bar and grill’s. A restaurant and bar were advertised however none. Room and Bath was very small. No mirror or drawers. It was Disappointing, especially for a Holiday Inn

Perfect location for exploring all manhattan has to see. Every staff member was excellent, even let us check in early without a word about it. Check out was super fast. Workers were flourished with an abroad group getting checked in but easily helped me and my group get into our room swiftly. However, I will say the rooms were very tiny as expected in new york but in the pictures they truly look a lot bigger. The pressure in the shower was horrid but doable since we weren’t in the room too much. I will say the bed was SOOOO comfortable, one of the better hotel beds i’ve slept in. The only other con was there was heavy construction in the lobby causing it to be loud, crowded, and unappealing but they made it work. Would stay again!!!

They are just having renovation during our stay but we always come back to a clean room. No one is stealing our stuff. Staff are amazing!

There was construction in the lobby, making it nearly impossible to move. There was no indication that there would be construction, otherwise I would have cancelled my reservation and.booked elsewhere. The walls were incredibly thin, we were able to hear conversations all over the hall.
