Construction nearby can be heard if youre trying to take an afternoon siesta. Rooms are small whiere the keurig cabinet is located, next to the closet and right uo agabust the side of the bed. I got a room with a balcony which made it a little less claustrauphobic.

AMAZING for a weekend visit Location is terrific…East River historic neighborhood …easy walk from Wall St to Little Italy to MidTown. Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly Breakfast hours are perfect (7-11AM) with a delicious reasonably priced menu . Rooms are small…BUT hey …you’re in NYC..you should be seeing the sights … VERY clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. 5 star rating.

Unfortunately, our experience was mediocre. The staff were not very friendly nor accommodating. I will not recommend this hotel to others if they are looking to visit new york city.

Nice, clean, convenient location hotel. Great breakfasts. Would recommend. First time in NY in 10 years and surprised that the advertised rate that includes room & taxes doesn’t include a new “amenity” tax costing $200 more upon checkout - ouch!!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only negative would be the lighting in the room was a bit dull but that’s being overly picky. The included breakfast was well worth it.

L'Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown Wall Street è situato nel financial district, in una zona lontana dalla ressa di molte altre aree della città, soprattutto nel fine settimana, ma allo stesso tempo molto ben collegata attraverso diverse linee della metropolitana. La stanza assegnataci era piccola ma comoda e pulita e il personale molto efficiente: check in e check out rapidissimi.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo! We liked that it was in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle while still having easy access to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Financial District, the World Trade Center area, and the Staten Island Ferry. We also grabbed amazing NY bagels from Leo's around the corner and ate them overlooking the harbor area in the elevated acre just across the street. The rooms are small, but efficiently designed, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. We also checked out the rooftop bar area which was fine to grab a drink with a view. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous. They welcomed us with a smile and were able to hold our bags after check-out.

Other than the construction right in front and housekeeping barging in twice without knocking, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, all the outlets worked (no charging blocks needed!). Wish we had time to check out the restaurants in the hotel.

I recommend you supply proper desk chairs for the rooms. The chair was so low I couldn’t use the desk. In terms of the sound, there was a lot of loud running water sounds from other rooms. Never heard this in a hotel before.
