Ei sitä mitä lupaa
Hotelli sijaitsee hyvin keskeisellä paikalla, siitä erittäin iso plussa. Itse hotelli sen sijaan ei anna sitä, mitä lupaa. Näin huijattua oloa itselläni ei ole hotellien osalta ollut koskaan aiemmin. Varasimme 20 neliön huoneen, jossa piti olla mm. kylpytakit ja tallelokero. Ei ollut, tosin tallelokero sentään tuotiin huoneeseen erikseen pyytämällä. Huone oli n. 10 neliömetriä, eikä sitä respassa suostuttu vaihtamaan isompaan. Huone oli todella huonossa kunnossa. Ruuveja oli irti sieltä ja täältä, pönttö heilui, suihku toimi huonosti, sänky piti järkyttävää narinaa, netti ei toiminut välillä lainkaan. Seinässä oli isoja naarmuja, lattia oli likainen. Huone siivottiin kyllä päivittäin, mutta esimerkiksi lakanoita ei vaihdettu joka päivä. Huoneessa ei myöskään ollut kunnollista peiliä pukeutumista varten. Onneksi New Yorkiin ei tulla viettämään aikaa huoneessa. Kaipa tämäkin hotelli on ok hinta-laatusuhteeltaan noin New Yorkin mittapuulla. Mutta kannattaa muistaa, että hotelli ei todellakaan täytä lupaamaansa neljää tähteä, vaan maksimissaan 2,5. Tästäkin suuri osa tulee hyvästä sijainnista.

Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping, sights and theatres. Room very small, bad and moldy smell, carpet very dusty by the walls. No breakfast, but Starbucks very close. No coffee in room, but received a coffee maker by request.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está literalmente a 1 minuto de Times Square, desde las ventanas de las habitaciones se puede apreciar el destello de las luces. Buena zona, con movimiento constante de gente a cualquier hora. Las habitaciones son bastante mas pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos, la primera habitación estaba en la segunda planta y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle; nos cambiamos de habitación ya que una tubería del wc se estropeó. La segunda habitación exactamente igual pero en la curta planta, sin problemas de ruido de la calle y todo perfecto.

Excellent location. Rooms are on the small size with little storage. Check in and out was quick. Staff were polite but not very friendly and everything always seemed like an effort for them.

Loved this hotel! It was so clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend a friend and come back soon. The ladies in the front desk were so sweet and helpful and really made my day that they let me and my one year old daughter check in early since we had our luggage and wanted to travel the city. Nick helped us a lot by taking our bags and holding them for us and showing us the city and where to go. I appreciate all the staff here who were so helpful and nice. Loved it !

This place is half block of the Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cute. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Really disappointed, from unwelcoming desk staff to disrepair and low quality of room, dirty sheets and pillowcases, scuffed walls broken refrigerator/mini bar, broken shelf in bathroom, midd sad matched toiletries, really uncomfortable stay sadly was happy to leave and will never return. Only plus was location, close to theaters

older hotel painted black to hide it. Cheesy leather headboards tiny tiny room. Paid for a king room and was put into a double bed with a view of a staircase. Called to complain and The manager had someone come give us new keys. So they did rectify. I will say the king room was a tad better but still felt dirty. I usually love boutique hotels but this one had no charm AT ALL.

The shower took 5 minutes to warm up and the drain was very slow so we were standing in water. Everything else was great.

The property felt like we were staying inside of a coffin, which I understand the theme is “night “ but it felt stuffy like you were inside of a coffin. All of the electronics seem to have issues, the TV wasn’t working, there wasn’t a microwave or any kind of facility to reheat food of any sort, there was no gym, was really just a huge miss

I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel. I was alone so the room size, albeit small, wasn't a huge issue for me. However, the room needs to be updated. Stained toilet, distorted cabnitry and the carpet didnt "feel" clean. I also slept with my luggage on the bed because I read other reviews regarding bugs. It's so dark in the rooms and the carpet is dark as well so no telling what may have been crawling around. They also didnt have updated features such as charging adapters to plug your devices into. The staff was friendly and helpful so that helped boost my rating. I stayed for 1 night so all in all these issues weren't a huge problem but I definitely won't be back nor would I consider staying for multiple nights.

Lights are entirely too low in the Rooms you can barely see , don’t stay on the city view side of the hotel it is extremely old due to the trash trucks coming every second to pick o trash could not sleep for hours
