Welcome to our spacious apartment in the heart of Manhattan, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style with views of the lively Avenue of the Americas—a prime spot to catch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, shop at the famous Herald Square or visit the Empire State Building.

The first room is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, ideal for families or groups, and thoughtfully designed for a restful stay.

Our living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a modern seating area and smart TV for your favorite shows. The sofa turns into a queen size soft sleeper.

There’s an additional twin bunk bed with twin bed trundle as well.

The dining space comfortably seats four, creating a great spot for meals or a cozy work-from-home setup.

In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials, including a coffee maker and toaster, perfect for starting your day.

The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, with a shower and bath amenities provided.

Stay Away...Poor property management

Booked this apartment. 4pm checkin. Asked if I could check in early, they responded it is 150 each hour early. I passed. Said I would be contacted by property manager between 3-330pm to get keys. I get a call at 3:55pm day of checkin. Claims other renters just left (which is a lie, because I checked two days before and property was available) and said there is water through the ceiling, and has anther room 30 minutes away. Had to accept this because me and my family had plans and nothing else booked! STAY AWAY!

Will start with the positives, location was excellent for our family. Steps away to subway, walking distance to Times Square, Empire, tons of shopping and restaurants steps from apartment. Check-in process was terrible. They forgot to put the lockbox out so we stood on the side of street with suitcases for over an hour waiting for a key to be delivered, stressful. Unit itself was what the pictures indicated. Bathroom needs some updating, they had 2 singular hangers in the one closet and no ironing board but had an iron. Beds were comfortable and AC units worked well. Street is noisy and very busy so bring earplugs for the night but it’s NYC so to be expected! Front door to the building is tricky so pay attention to the instructions on how to get in. We felt totally safe walking around day and night as it’s on a busy street.

Check in was tricky. Central location was wonderful...but it was very loud being on such a busy street. (not an issue for us - but the city really "never did sleep."Also the 3 flights of stairs could be hard for some.

Needs improvements

Great location, but the quality of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels was terrible. We had to go across the street to get the key, which was in a lock box attached to some outdoor plumbing on another building. Very odd. We left a day early because it was just too much. I expressed my concerns to the owner and feel like they didn't care. The did bring us a second key but after paying over a grand, why not bring better towels etc?

The property is perfectly located in the center of Manhattan, a few steps from Macy´s, Bryant Park, Times Square, subway.... It was difficult to contact the host to arrange for the keys, so a bit stressfull but at the end everything was ok. The flat is fine for 4 people. Although there are more beds, there were only 4 chairs, limited plates (1 toilet paper roll :-))... Flat is not really modern, but in general it was clean (except maybe the oven but we did not use it). The street is a bit noisy, but hey this is Manhattan :-). I think it could improve with a few things but I am very happy with the stay, taking into account that there were no review anywhere and there are no many affordable places in Manhattan.

NYC with my adult Daughter

This is a great location. Very funky entrance and last minute check in information made the arrival a bit stressful but totally worth having 2 rooms and a kitchen at a cheaper price then a hotel. Nights can be bit noisy because of the location but you can walk everywhere and easy access to the subway. I’ll be back

Great Location and Apartment

Great apartment! We loved the location - subway 1/2 block away. Dining and rooftops views within walking distance. It was exactly what we needed for our visit. Would definitely stay again.
