”The staff did not come to replace the empty body wash even though I went to the office . No microwave in the room that needs to be clearly explained by the front staff while giving the room key. When I went to the front desk to enquire about the microwave, she mentioned that it is near the pool side which is not precise either. She needs to tell properly that is in the laundry room near the pool side.

”It was a red flag when we had to sign a “no party” agreement after checking in. There was a band in the lounge which was a nice addition from most hotel stays. One of the elevators was out of service, so was the ice machine on our floor. In the bathroom, the toilet was hissing, and the shower didn’t drain well. The walls were thin, and we could hear the people on both sides of us and banging on the walls and one was playing loud music.”
