2nd time staying (6 nights) and will be the last. Its unfortunate because the breakfast is so good!!
I was put on the 2nd floor and my room was dirty, the sheets werent changed and still smelled like the last person. I hate having to change rooms but asked to be moved. The 2nd was only better because the sheets were probably changed. The bathroom was dirty and i didnt even touch the couch once my whole stay. If you have to stay here BRING CLEANING SUPPLIES!!!!!!!
Its obvious they redid the outside and lobby area of the property but didnt touch anything else. The lady manager that checked me in is unprofessional (cambodian, dark hair, tanned skin) made me call out my room number across the lobby area when i was buying water from the shop (dont know why, when there was an employee at the desk)
All around the management team here needs to be replaced (except for the one in charge of breakfast). Towards the end of my stay they put up notice that the fire department will be doing audits and the staff was scrambling to make the hotel ready to pass inspection so who knows what else is wrong with this hotel.
So unfortunate because parking and location is great but will not ever stay again
