”By far one of the best Glamping experiences I’ve had. My children had so much fun and our Family dog enjoyed it even more. Very comfortable and cozy at the same time and best part the A/C was amazing after enjoying the hot weather. Will definitely be coming back. ”

”Nice Facility. Great, helpful staff. Surprised by the Villa Lodge rooms. Very spacious for 5 adults and a toddler. Enjoyed the rural setting. Wildlife in the area. Disappointed by the 'green' lake so no peddle boats or fishing. But that's Mother Nature! :( Many activities to take part in throughout the day and evenings.”

”Beautiful scenic view of the river. First time fishing for my son, who absolutely adored it! Thank you for the host for being so generous and letting us borrow his fishing supplies. Neighbors were nice. The state park was fun to visit too. We grilled, made s'mores, relaxed, and had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend. ”

”We had a great time with our family and got lots of use out of the pool and we also brought our bikes and went to the nearby park. The neighborhood is gorgeous! The only disappointment about our stay was that there was no hot water in the house, so we were unable to bathe us or our children. Not a horrible deal for us for two nights, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. ”

”Every year, we have a group of military guys that reconnect. This cabin has been where we have gathered for the past several years, and the property is amazing! It gives us plenty of room for fun around the fire pit, grilling int he driveway, or watching movies in the living room! We love this property!”

”We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash...

”Overall this day was really well. House was old and outdated. Had only one TV in the entire house where there could have been four or five TVs. There was only one and it was a small TV in the front room that was on a swivel. One electrical plug did not work and the plug for the bathtub did not work. The beds were old and stiff and springy and only full size beds. It would have been nice to have at least a queen or a king for my wife and I otherwise not a bad place. Had a full size basement....

”We should have listened to the other reviews on this place, but unfortunately there wasn't much in the area to choose from. From the moment we walked in it smelled terrible, almost like a skunk smell. Obviously it's right on the Fox River so there's going to be bugs but a lot of the windows especially upstairs are not sealed right and in one of the bedrooms there were a ton of mosquitoes and other bugs all over the ceiling.
