This wonderful retreat is centrally located in the heart of Newberg. Sitting just five blocks south of downtown you are a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms, and entertainment.



With three bedrooms and two baths it is perfect for a family or contractors working in the area for 30+ days. Upon entering you are greeted with an entry area that opens up onto the living room and a connected kitchen and dining area. There is brand new décor and furnishings throughout and each piece has been curated to provide a fantastic blend of style and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for you culinary desires.



Through the kitchen and towards the back of the house you will find the primary bedroom with the attached en-suite bathroom. There is also door that leads to the backyard. The other two bedrooms are in the front of the house. One of the room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.



There is a fenced in yard with a BBQ as well for your grilling needs.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



PET FRIENDLY: Pets require approval and written consent beforehand. **Pet fees and deposit discussed before agreement signed.**



UTILITIES: Owner will take care of utilities and services as follows up to $500 per month. Any overages must be paid by the tenant: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric, Landscaping, Internet.
