The bright, open main level was designed for easy living and effortless gathering. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, modern appliances, a spacious island with seating, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Flowing seamlessly into the dining area and comfortable living room, this welcoming space is ideal for relaxing after work, enjoying family dinners, or spending quiet evenings together. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat from the home's living spaces. The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower, and generous closet space. Three additional guest bedrooms offer one queen bed and two full beds, with one bedroom also featuring a television. A full guest bathroom serves the additional bedrooms.

For guests working remotely, the upstairs landing includes a dedicated workspace with a large desk and comfortable office chair, making it easy to stay productive while enjoying the comforts of home.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring wine country. Fire up the Traeger pellet grill, enjoy dinner outdoors, or let your dog stretch its legs in the secure yard. Page Place is both family friendly and dog friendly. A fully fenced backyard provides space for your four legged family members, while baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, kitchen appliances, and outdoor games are available to rent upon request.

• Minimum stay: 30 nights
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.

• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

•Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, the home has four exterior cameras that actively record video. Cameras are located at the front door facing the parking area, on the side of the home facing the backyard, on the side facing the side yard, and near the garage entrance facing the cul-de-sac. There are no cameras inside the living areas of the home. Guests may not disconnect, cover, reposition, or tamper with any security devices. Tampering with cameras or security equipment is not permitted and may result in fines, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund, as allowed by law.
