”The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

”I like the location of the property and the staff is always nice and helpful.”

”This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel.”

”Had a horrible $475+ experience at Clarion. This was half the price with working AC. Room was smaller, yet spacious enough. Bathroom very clean. Don't pay $130 per night someplace else.”

”Went into my room when I was at work. Claiming he smelled smoke and that was a lie. I was appalled to find this out. The whole place smells like an ashtray and not to mention checked me into a a dirty room but did change it. I was visiting for work but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Don’t leave your belongings inside either. Obviously, it doesn’t matter if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Manager is shady!!! ”

”Very quiet, nice stay”

”Looks very pretty. However handicap baths they are not. I am sure they dont meet ADA standards. You have a high tub to climb over to take a shower and no vertical hand rail to hold. A plastic chair in bathroom was so wide would not fit in tub.”

”Needed to stay for a quick overnight stop. It was perfect! Clean and updated. Magnetic phone charger on the night stand was especially appreciated. Would stay again!”

”Shower cut off”

”We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...

”I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school.”

”Checking out the lady was not nice when she found out I used Expedia vs in-house to book I noticed a different attitude with person in front of me vs me when I checked out not very impressed”

”Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am”

”Hotel was just ok, but would not choose this hotel again. It is in a good location.”
