”The property is even better than it looks. It is so much bigger inside than you think. Plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing we couldn’t find or needed. Lots of great touches and very comfortable beds. We even got to watch fireworks from the back deck for Old Homes Day! It was a perfect girls weekend away!”

”Had 7 couples here for a weekend! Chris and Leah go above and beyond in providing plenty of fun amenities, where we felt like we didn’t have to leave the home! Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful front porch, fire pit, corn hole and jacuzzi! Each couple had their own room and bed which was great. Beautiful location, plenty of local options for food! 10/10 Stay, strongly recommend! ”

”The house was perfect! It fully met our expectations from the listing and was a great place to stay! There is a hot tub, sauna, gym, a comfy living room, and a functional kitchen! It was great, we had so much fun staying there. We were there in the Spring and had a blast, and could only imagine how awesome it would be in the winter with the fireplaces. I would strongly recommend staying here if it meets your needs!”

”Absolutely loved this property. The beds are huge and there's lots of space and you can adjust the AC to your liking. The only thing we didnt like was we felt the hottub wasnt very clean. ”

”We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again! ”

Yes, the walls were thin and at times we could hear the next room, however most people are respectful of the quiet times posted and the room had a sound machine. ”The Lodge at Sunapee Stays was a great place to stay at, comfortable bed, heat pump works great for heating room. The bidet toilet was a first for me, and actually was nice to use. The activity room is also very nice and clean with a lot of options.”
