”Beautiful location!”

”Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. ”

”I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

”Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered. The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. The only issues we had were furniture, inside seating, and a very loud washer and dryer. It's a tiny place that maximizes space so well it kind of...

”Cute little place that is clean and well taken care of. Plum Island was adorable with a mile walk or ride to a great beach. Enjoyed our stay.”

”Very clean and charming. We enjoyed our stay!”

”Great stay and perfectly met our needs. Inside of home was clean, organized and very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great base.”

”We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?”

”Great”

”The host was very responsive. Place was clean and had lots of paper goods, spices, coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the beach and very quiet. Note: The two bedrooms are on different floors. I did see lots of baby and beach equipment.”

”This is our third time staying here. The property is fabulous and Micah is a great host. Super responsive every time I’ve reached out! Highly recommend him as a host and his property for vacation!”

”Fantastic host and property!”

”Perfect location. Super easy walk to both Front and Back Beaches. Front Beach wasn’t too crowded and my kids loved the swim platform off the shore. Nice to have bathrooms there too! Quick walk to shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and welcoming, with friendly neighbors too. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped, but I realize I’m in the minority with cooking meals at home while on vacation! We really had a great week and would highly recommend this spot.”

”We had a spectacular visit in July with our extended family. It was the perfect place to hold our family reunion of 24 people. The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi.”
