”The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own.”

”The hotel is so quaint and just beautiful. The staff was exceptional in making sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delightful each day. This boutique hotel is in a great location of Newburyport making it so easy to walk the town to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the waterfront.Hope to visit again soon!”

”This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. ”

”Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.”
