Plum Time is a relaxed coastal retreat designed for classic New England summers. With water views of the Plum Island Basin, two decks for outdoor living, and an easy walk to the Basin and beaches, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to slow down, unwind, and enjoy island life.

☼ Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We’ve put a lot of effort into making it a comfortable, welcoming space.



Safety & Supervision

☼ Children must never be left unsupervised. Guests are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

☼ Guests are responsible for ensuring any visitors comply with these house rules.

☼ No fireworks (prohibited by the town of Newbury).



Cleanliness & Care

☼ Maintain a good level of cleanliness during your stay to make check-out smoother.

☼ Report any damages or breakages promptly, especially before check-out.

☼ Do not move furniture without permission.

☼ Do not use bath towels at the beach.

☼ Clean the dryer vent after every use.

☼ Always use bathroom fans when showering and stove fans when cooking.

☼ No candles.



Respect for Neighbors & Property

☼ Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. (please also keep music at a respectful level during the day).

☼ Absolutely no parties or live music.

☼ Be respectful of neighbors at all times.

☼ No more than the maximum number of guests or cars allowed.

☼ No defacing or damaging property.



Smoking & Substances

☼ Smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are not permitted inside or outside the home.



House Access

☼ Guests must allow homeowner or service access for repairs/inspections (reasonable notice will be given whenever possible).

☼ Always shut the storm door tightly (it can break in strong winds if left open).

☼ Guests must complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short-Term Rental Agreement after booking.

Hyvää: Siisteys
Great location with unobstructed views of the tidal basins and sunsets from the gorgeous deck. Lovely updated kitchen. The bedrooms are all downstairs so you have the views from the living room and kitchen. There were a few issues including a toilet that wouldn’t stop running in the bathroom above where we slept and AC that was broke in the other bedroom but hopefully it’s now been fixed.
