”No buffet breakfast, parking is under retail shop building. No gym. Very good location, clean and nice deco.”

”The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. ”

”Phenomenal new hotel, great location walking distance from everything in town, they have lots of great inclusions with lots of attention to small details that makes all the difference for e.g. T2 teas, milk lab milks, St Ali coffee, $35 per person of vouchers to use for brekky at the cafe downstairs, the ability to order ice buckets free on demand from the virtual minibar. Will definitely be back next time we are in Newcastle.”

”Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The kitchen had everything tea making facilities the room was lovely and clean as we're the bathrooms staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't find any thing wrong. ”

”The lighting in rooms, shower rooms and Bathrooms(shared with Everyone) can be little bit brighter, it was bit scary to go by myself at night though, except that Everything was great for the price. Absolutely affordable. The amenities as shampoo and Conditioner were great.”

”This Ibis hotel is alot more old / worn out compared to the other Ibis hotels I have stayed at. The hallways and room Carpets and walls has been better day. The room is clean. Has everything you need. For 1 night stay it is ok. Main Street is not a nice but surrounding areas is ok and easy to get around.”
