The house was tidy but dirty: fridge and kitchen had some stains. It looks like the cleaners only take the visible rubbish out, they don’t wipe anything. Maybe that’s why the price is good.It is a large and spacious house for 6 people, but the kitchen table has 4 chairs only.The host didn’t send the entry instructions until check in time, and check in time is late, 3 pm, not 2 pm like other places. You need to pay 20 for every hour of early check in.

Got a call advising that they will move us to 2 separate apartments vs house we booked. However codes provided dis not open apartments and we were left with young kids at almost midnight with no accommodation! They did not pick up emergency phone line, did not answer any messages, not even day later. When I called next day no apologies were provided at all. The guy on the phone was rude! We had to pay so much more to book emergency accommodation. Horrible management company

The apartment was clean and on the newer side. The beds were very comfortable. The remote control was missing the cover for the batteries. We were disappointed to find that the Garage door didn’t lock. The keypad for it was not needed because of this. We had to manually lift the door open from the inside. Internal button for the garage door didn’t work either. We had to park our 2nd vehicle in front of the door overnight. The keypad did work for the main part of the apartment. There were no Tea Towels and dish drainer for washing up. We had to use a spare bath towel. Only 1 Bath Mat for the entire apartment. It was in the main bathroom. None in the Main Bedroom Ensuite. No Door on the toilet in the Laundry. Had to use the Laundry door instead. Water pressure in taps was very Low. No gate at the side of the apartment to the backyard - access for intruders. No aluminium foil, cling wrap, paper towels or tissues. BBQ facility would be a great addition for guests on extended stays. Our final morning, all toilet cisterns didn’t refill after use. To flush, we had to use a rubbish bin from next to one of the toilets filled with water to flush each time. This was not the best experience but it sufficed for the time we were there. We were grateful for the space in the apartment so we were not on top of each other.

Place was good, but air conditioner is available only in the master bedroom and lounge. No air conditioner in the remaining two bedrooms. It was difficult during the summer days seeing the description saying air-conditioner is available we assumed all rooms may have air-conditioner or at least fan.

The property was filthy. The floors had not been cleaned - we had black feet after an hour or so of being in the property- and there were hairs and dirt all over the floors. There were also lots of cobwebs and spiders inside the property. There were also hairs in the bed sheets of al least two of the beds in the property. Other dissapointing aspects were the lack of clothes pegs in the laundry and absence of clothes hangers in all three wardrobes. Only three dessert spoons in the kitchen, no proper kitchen knives (steak knives only) and no bathmat in the bathrooms.

The place was spacious and clean inside but the outside and top balcony was completely dirty. Lawns weren’t mowed and it was untidy. The top balcony was dirty and not nice to go on. There was no bbq which it would be nice if there was one. The rooms and inside was clean and plenty of room. The neighbour hood was a little dodgy. We had people knocking on our door at 9:30 at night.

It was a central location for the event we attended. Large property allowed everyone to have their own space. Much better than a cramped hotel room for a similar price.
