The rear outdoor area features a covered patio with lounge seating and charming festoon lighting. It has direct access to a fully enclosed solar-heated pool and shower, and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it ideal for relaxation, socialising, and enjoying warm days.

Upstairs, a bright and welcoming living area is ideal for unwinding, with plush seating and a TV. This space flows into the dining zone, where exposed timber beams and brick detailing add warmth and a subtle retro charm—ideal for shared meals and long conversations. The kitchen sits just beyond, functional and light-filled, with ample bench space, modern appliances, and leafy outlooks.

Upstairs sleeping areas provide calm, comfortable retreats. The primary bedroom is notably spacious, featuring a queen bed, leafy outlooks, and an additional sofa bed that can be prepared as extra sleeping space on request for an additional fee. Additional bedrooms are simply styled and inviting, including a second queen room and a twin single room. The main bathroom upstairs is clean and modern, with a walk-in shower and everyday essentials.

Downstairs, a second living zone offers space for downtime and fun, with lounge seating and a foosball table. A sofa bed can be set up as extra sleeping space on request for an additional fee. Local favourites such as Sephardim, Emilio’s Ristorante, Brownsugar Restaurant, Home At The Bay, Lena’s Cafe and Bar, and Hippo Espresso make it easy to head out for breakfast, long lunches, or relaxed dinners by the water.

After a meal, wander down to Warners Bay Foreshore Reserve, where lakeside paths are ideal for an evening stroll and watching the sun set over the water. Warners Bay Village is an eight-minute walk, offering everyday shopping and local services, while Charlestown Square is just a nine-minute drive for larger retail, dining, and cinemas.

A $100 fee applies for guests bringing dogs. Up to two dogs are allowed, while cats are not permitted. The property is not fully fenced, so dogs must be supervised and leashed outside. They are also not permitted on beds, furniture, or in the pool. Thank you.
