”We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town.”

”They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation.
However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me...

”We got off to a bad start because we arrived before the specified 8 pm and no one was there to check us in and no one answered the phone listed on the door. Another guest had phone for manager and she came when he called but it was distressing.
Room was pretty clean and very basic. The refrigerator did not work even after we plugged it in.
Manager was nice but they do have staffing issues.”
