”This motel gets a pass as just "OK" for our one-night stay prior to catching a ferry the next day. Bedding was crisp white and clean. The floor was a bit dirty, especially under the table. We're not talking, "freaky stains," just sloppy (hurried?) sweeping. There was a jumbled pile of hangers on the back rack which further points to a general lack of attention to housekeeping detail. Our double-queen room was SMALL so we only got one chair to sit in (other than on the beds). No drawers...

”Overall, a good stay for the price! The staff were accommodating, friendly, and very nice, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of choices. However, the breakfast menu was the same every day, so it would be nice to have different options each day. One downside was the smell. The place had a noticeable smoky odor, and the garage could have been cleaner. Despite that, I think the place is good value for the price. What I liked most was the location—it’s only...

”Very nice hotel”

”This property had all you need for an overnight stay. It was not near a beach though and the property next door was logged leaving large old growth fir trees and stumps when looking out the window. Not a great view and you will need a car to get around. Never saw the owner but her dogs were outside so we couldn't put our dogs out as fencing is not adequate. For the price which is low for the island it was all you can ask for.”

”The communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive to all of my questions. In addition, the location was perfect, within walking distance to some beach access and short drive away from some popular destinations. Overall, this is an ideal location and property for 1-2 travelers. One small suggestion for improvement would be a coffee maker.”

”The hotel it self is nice. There is no restaurant close by. Only option is a BBQ outside or microwave in your room.”
