”It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

”When we arrived the hotel staff did not tell us the hotel was under construction. Additionally the elevator kept breaking down and almost trapped my husband in there at one point. Our room also had a smell and we slept with the outside door to the balcony open all night. The hotel definitely needs to be updated”

”We stayed in one of the small cabins. The cabin was just as described on the website and in the photos. The bed was comfortable. The porch on the front of Cabin was nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake. We ate both nights at the restaurant. The food was the best we have had in a long time, with very fresh ingredients and all the staff were friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service was exceptional with several extra nice touches We will be back .”
