”First of all, the staff was kind and responsive to our needs. That was not the issue.
When I see the words Super 8 and Wyndham together I have certain expectations. The room smelled very musty. There was unpainted spackle all over the bathroom and for the price we were paying was a very run down hotel. I would not return.”

”It looks like this hotel was excellent in the past but it was not maintained so well and the room maintenance is lacking.
The sheets are not comfortable at all - they need to renew it, it's pilling and feel unclean. The shower soap was close to empty (you're not supposed to wait until it's empty before filling it up for a room) and the tab has cracks. The rug smells and when we pulled the room's curtains there were four splashes of bird poop on the outside part.
Breakfast is lame. We had it on...

”I was placed in the older property next door, Royal Court. Facility is not well maintained, room is musty, fixtures are old, rug is dirty. Outside carpeting on walkways is moldy and cigarette burned. Stairwells not mopped. Front staff was very nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.”

”Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay.”
