”Butternut Cabin was an absolute gem for a couples getaway. The house was spotlessly clean and felt thoughtfully put together from the moment we walked in. The custom kitchen was a highlight—beautifully done and well-equipped. We especially loved that it had an espresso maker; we made several high-quality cappuccinos during our stay and it made the morning feel extra special. The beautiful covered porch, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs made the outdoor space just as inviting. ”This wonderful little gem is at the top of the mountain. It’s a great ride up the road to the top of the mountain. The view was wonderful. The house was really a perfect size for just the two of us. It was well stocked with what we needed or wanted. The nice thing was that the owners were right next-door in their house if we needed anything they would’ve come over in a moment. I would highly recommend working with this owner or renting this cabin.”

”Nice place, great get away for family.”

”We loved the peaceful sound of the creek. Such a relaxing spot. Close to town but without traffic. We even got to watch a fawn running around and playing in the creek. We look forward to returning soon.”

”A perfect getaway! Excellent response from host!!”

”The room was clean but outside everything is under construction and messy. We couldn't spleep because of noises coming from the room next to ours. The price is too high having in consideration that they are under construction. I am not giving a worse review because the staff was really nice.”

”Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.”
