”Everything was clean, the room was great, breakfast was great. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is its lack of accessibility. There is no elevator to the second floor and the carpet on the main staircase is a pattern such that the stairs blend in. It would be very easy for someone to miss a stair and take a tumble. Fix those two issues and you would have a raving fan. Not the best place for older guests or those with mobility issues.”

”The room was just ordinary, nothing special ...the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with everyone especially the kids I saw.....the free breakfast included 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage...HOWEVER, for some reason, the eggs and potatoes and sausage ran out at 9:15am (the free buffet is open until 10am)....many people kept arriving after 9:15am, but no new eggs nor potatoes nor sausage were ever brought out...everyone was disappointed”

”This Comfort Inn was a great value. At the time we were there, the parking lot was getting repaved, so parking was a challenge. Beyond the parking challenges, the rooms were quiet and clean.”

”We were completely satisfied with our stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel gym was another highlight, offering a good selection of quality equipment for a great workout. We also found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable overall, although we would have appreciated a few more healthy options...

”Our room smelled so bad that my husband started gagging uncontrollably. We had to sleep with the window open because of the smell which then resulted in the room temperature being uncomfortable. There was damage to a lot of the lamps, etc. It was a really bad experience and we would never stay here again.”

”The breakfast was great, waffles and hot food, Yougart and juice and coffee! Staff was friendly! Pool area was clean! Room was large, beds were comfortable! Needs some updates to wallpaper and carpets, and dresser! ”

”Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

”Breakfast was great. Excellent food. Place is in good shape. Close to downtown Spokane. Hotel is out by itself, so it seemed very safe. ”

”Very clean, very friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy at work, excellent breakfast with tons of options & wonderful breakfast & seating area, pool & jacuzzi were all clean, comfortable bed, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at & no scuffs… not at all run down.”

”Clean room with nice bedding and towels. Room was on the small side but comfortable with a king bed. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was handy. I would recommend.”

”It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. Temperature throughout...
