”This place is a dump. It's the type of hotel you rent by the hour, not the day. Damp smelling throughout, filthy, room wasn't clean when we checked in. Stains all over the place. And that's the good parts. Paper thin walls and you can hear everything going on in every other room. People were out in the parking lot, playing music, and drinking until 4:00 am. Hotel staff did nothing. People walking in and out and slamming doors all hours. Brutal. If I could give it negative...

”Everything was excellent. The only problem with the hotel was the breakfast, it wasn’t good at all and it is until 9am which is early especially when you are on vacation.”

Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

”We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

”If you're a early riser. There is a lot to do here. Comp, breakfast, nice lounging room with foosball table. The pool was nice. And the hot tub was actually hot. Good location for exploring the Spokane area.”

”I stay here on average twice a year. It’s one of my favorite hotels in the country. It is a much higher value than it’s currently rated.”

”The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up.”

The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”
