”St aff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! The grounds are well-maintained and the cabin was clean and easy to locate. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but would stay here again!”

”My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.”

”The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.”

”Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

”We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

”Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations. The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable. The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure. I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane.”

”This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”
