”Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

”Everything went well. Its not an updated hotel. Little run down. Only bad part was pool and hot tub were not clean. Tons of grit in hot tub and large chunks of black hair floating in the pool. Its open 24 hours so im afraid they never clean it”

”Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

”Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.”

”I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. No elevators, no cots, snack as breakfast (literally apple chips). The games room was a joke and the staff couldn't help with anything.”

”I was a little disappointed with the breakfast set up. There were a lot of things empty that needed attention. Also, I work in healthcare and things were not completely sanatary. It needs to be cleaner.A”

”We drove out of our way b/c we wanted a jetted bathtub after a 14 hour drive only to find out it didn't work. Peeling paint, DISGUSTING AC filter (my husband's in the biz so we are overly judgemental, but still gross). Staff was pleasant but a bit clueless. I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend.”

”The front desk help was excellent! The only criticism was the breakfast event - the cook/kitchen staff, who was responsible to keep the breakfast dishes full, did a pretty POOR job of it. There were a lot of clients, having breakfast and at one time the scrambled egg, sausage, biscuit&gravy, cereal milk, were empty, all at once. There were a lot of young people, who have healthy appetites, who just cleaned out - the responsible person should check more often on the food!!!! By the time the...

”The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath.”
