”The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. ”

”Lovely flat, immaculate! Tea, coffee, milk, butter provided. Bus stop for centre of Cambridge 4 min walk, buses every 20 mins at peak times, but crowded. Journey time 20 mins. Electronic displays give bus ETA. ”

”My friend and I had a great stay in this studio apartment. Good use of space and comfortable. Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the sites but not in the hub of college noise/parties. Added bonus being above a good coffee shop.”

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. ”
