”Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM.
I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else.
The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

”The only complain I can think of was a trace of moldy smell when ac is off. Everything else was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good breakfast. The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use.”

”The room on the first floor smelled so badly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was mid. One of the house keepers stole my mom white sweater after switching rooms and realizing she left it in the first room. She went back to the first room and did not find her sweater. They will charge your card for the room and the damage fee at 8am after selecting pay at property.”

”This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows.
The staff is nice and the location is convenient.”

”After a very late night flight was cancelled - I called the Hotel to see if they accepted dogs, they said yes, so I pre-paid for the room . After a 20 min uber ride in the pouring rain the hotel turned me away at 1am because I had a dog. The man at the desk was incredibly rude -and the lobby smelled like marijuana. The photos of the listing DO NOT represent this hotel. It is more like a homeless shelter. I would AVOID at ALL costs.”

”Erick was very helpful at check-in.
I was allowed a choice of floors. He saw that we had pizza for my grandchildren and gave us paper plates, napkins and extra towels. There was another young lady on shift and she had a very bubbly and friendly personality (welcoming us). The lobby was clean as was our room (even though I do my own cleaning) 😉
I was able to do my water aerobics routine prior to breakfast. The pool room was clean and the children loved it. The young lady attending the breakfast...
