Hi Gail; Thanks for staying with us. I really appreciate your feedback. I’ll reach out to find out what we could do better. As noted we added a privacy screen in the upper balcony which is shared with units 9 and 10. I agree this unit is best for 2 adults. While additional children max could work it’s not a large space. The trundle bed is not fully made as you noted because as advertised the sleeping area for the 3rd and 4 people in this unit is in the family room. The linens are in the closet and is made by guests as needed. This unit is in a world class location on the beach in Newport Beach. However, it’s not ideal for a group that’s looking to spend a lot it time inside or looking for a large space or really noise sensitive. As noted the space is not large hence the maximum number of guests is 4 and we only recommend 2 adults with two children max if one’s looking to be In a great location and buoy the suns, Sand, surf, and restaurants. Furthermore, we provide kitchenware for 4 guests because there’s not an over abundance of cabinet space. Early check-in and late check out of course depend on when guests check in before and after arrival. Thanks!

Hi Abhishek; Thanks for staying with us. I personally inspected this unit two days ago and any smell you were referring to was gone, I’m really sorry for that. I’m the 2nd manager you spoke with that night, I know the first offered to personally go over and address any issues when he told you our cleaning staff was gone for the day, it was around 9pm at night. You requested to wait until the cleaners were back the next am. Regardless, I’m sorry about any smell. As advertised it’s one of 10 units, the building is one of the first in the peninsula and is older, the rooms have been remodeled, however, generally are small, however, this unit is one of the largest in the building and as you said the location is fantastic. As the ad states, this unit isn’t recommended for more than 2 adults and 2 kids max. Thanks again for staying with us.
