You'll also find yourself close to a family-friendly park, local dining, and unique shops, as well as the Newport Pier and Balboa Island Ferry. When you enter our home, you are greeted by a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the first floor with everything you need to enjoy your vacation! This unit also features a full-size kitchen and living space complete with a couch and dining area. A full-sized Fridge/Freezer, Stovetop and oven, coffee maker, Sink, fridge/freezer, and a microwave.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. Our home is part of a multi-family building with two or more units on-site. Please inquire to rent the whole building. This advertisement is for 1 unit on the lower level. There is another unit on the second floor of the building.
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
In the rear of the building, there is a 2 car garage. You are assigned parking for 1 car on the LEFT side garage. Please do not park in any other spaces other than your designated parking space, as these spaces are reserved for the neighboring units. (Be sure to leave room next to your car for the neighbor to park.) Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Laundry
Laundry facility is shared. Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
