Unenomaiset merinäkymät - Newport Beach

Unelma tapa tähän ihastuttavaan 2. kerrokseen päivitetyssä 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 25 kylpyhimoisessa merenrantahotellissa, josta on rajattomat näkymät.
Mukana tilava makuuhuone, jossa on oma oleskelualue, oma kylpyhuone ja soikea spa-poreallas.
Täysin varusteltu keittiö vieressä oleskelutila, taulutelevisio ja mukava poikkipohja.
Äskettäin päivitetty kaikilla uusilla huonekaluilla, vuoteilla ja liinavaatteilla. Ulkona, valtameren lisäksi, näet Balboa-laiturin rantatie-aktiviteetteja ja lähialueita.
Tuo kiikarisi - et halua missata delfiinejä, purjeveneitä tai muita merieläimiä niiden ohi.
Koti tarjoaa upean sijainnin Balboa-lautalla, veneellä Catalinin arcade-alueelle ihana 5 korttelin kävelymatka.
Pysäköi auto ja pelaa hiekassa, kävele laiturille ja lähellä oleville vesiurheilumahdollisuuksille. Polkupyörän vuokraus saatavilla 3 korttelia etelään.
Yksi paikan päällä oleva pysäköintitila on saatavana talon takana. Muita pysäköintialueita ovat kadun pysäköinti tai kaupungin palkkierät, jotka sijaitsevat noin 4 korttelin eteläpuolella.

Olemme perhe, joka on vuokrannut kiinteistöämme muille perheille yli 20 vuoden ajan. Vieraat voivat ylittää polut alakerran vieraiden kanssa, jotka saapuvat sisään ja poistuvat rakennuksesta. Mahtuu 6 vierasta.

There are some inexpensive improvements that can be made. Maybe some blinds in the living room that actually block the sun in the afternoon. It’s also missing some screens so flies were coming in but at first we didn’t know why. The 2nd bathroom needs work, especially the shower.

Our second visit was as great as the first! The panoramic ocean view is a dream, and the house has all the amenities you could ever want. The colors and decor are all perfect for a beach house, rooms are spacious, parking is convenient and access to washer/dryer is so helpful! We love this place and hated to leave!

Fabulous Home

It was an amazing place to stay!!! Fabulous views and right on the beach!!! It was so easy to check in and Ann was quick to answer questions and very attentive!!! We have been staying in balboa for 6 years now but our normal house was torn down unexpectedly so we were worried about finding a new place and we really don’t like change but we were pleasantly surprised!!! The house is bright/cheery, well maintained and very spacious!! We hope to make it our new annual place to stay!!! Thank you for such a great new place to make future memories!!!

Best friends

4 friends that went to high school together 52 years ago. We walked Balboa Island and to the ferry which we took to Catalina Island on a different day. We had so much fun! The beds were really comfortable and so nice to have an extra sink in one of the rooms. We even handled the stairs really well for 72 year old ladies! Beautiful beach view!!

A little underwhelming

Location was wonderful. So is the host family. Unfortunately, the place is a bit rundown. We’re having a hard time opening and closing the windows and the shades were falling apart. Also the beach toys and chairs that were mentioned are all rusty. I didn’t even feel comfortable, touching any of them because it looked quite dangerous. Which that let us down a bit we were really relying on those for our trip. Also taking consideration there is no laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. Maybe I was spoiled with other houses that I’ve rented but there’s always been things like coffee creamer and detergent for us to use, but this house didn’t have those extras. aside from that it was a good house.

The view of the ocean was fabulous and we watched spinnaker dolphins playing our last morning. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Kitchen had what we needed. Owner was very responsive. We were very pleased with our stay here.

Beach stay for Soccer Showcase In Norco

We opted to stay at the beach and drive the 50 minutes to the soccer fields for a college showcase. The drive was EASY. The house was PERFECT! I had my daughter and 2 other girls on the team, there was so much to do and the girls could walk around and explore on their own. Ann was great with communication. We made dinners some nights, the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our family of five absolutely loved our stay at Anne's property. The panoramic beach view alone was worth the price! Loved being close to many restaurants as well as the beach, but still found it to be relatively quiet and and peaceful at night. The home was fully stocked and we appreciated the little touches like dimmer switches on the lights and the availability of beach toys. We definitely hope to return!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This property is right on the beach and very convenient to everything Newport Beach has to offer. We rented bikes, stayed for hours on the beach, and even enjoyed a bonfire right next to the Pacific Ocean. The rental is exactly as described. The kitchen is fully stocked which allowed us to do a few meals and avoid eating every meal out. I highly recommend this rental unit.

Perfect beach location

We came here with our exchange student from Pakistan. This cute beach house has a location that can’t be beat! You are literally across from the ocean and directly on the bike path that goes thru Newport. The views are amazing! The beds were super comfy. We stayed in upstairs unit so no little outside area to hang out in, but it was no problem for us. If you are looking for a fun relaxing Newport beach house, look no further. We would definitely stay again. Much better than a hotel.

Great experience......

Clean accommodations, responsive staff and absolutely beautiful area. The only "problem" was the stairs due to age of guests. That was of my own doing and we chose the upstairs unit. I would definitely stay here again, just in the downstairs unit. Thank you for the fabulous vacation.

Amazing location!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We could walk right out to the beach or stroll down to the Balboa Island ferry. So much to do at all times and the view out the windows was absolutely stunning!

Loved Every Minute of our California Beach Vacation!

We had an amazing week at this fabulous, beach front property! The views were breathtaking, the nightly bonfires on the beach will be treasured memories as will the breathtaking sunsets, ocean waves, bike and ferry rides, “cronuts” and street tacos!!
