The room was clean and well kept, but too small for a king size bed. The room felt overcrowded.
The telephone in the room was not working. When I notified the front desk from my cell phone, I was offered to have the call transferred to order room service, but never offered to resolve the issue that the room telephone was not working.
The attendant at the Starbucks/bar in the lobby had a hard time understanding that I wanted a non-dairy alternative for my latte. The hotel was deserted as was Starbucks, but the attendant seemed overwhelmed.
Our experience at this hotel was not at all what I expected from a Hyatt Regency.
