The PMs e was perfect. Right in the sand with a patio bigger night to have family dinners and relax which is hard to come by. Love the o door outdoor living and access to anything you need in walking distance. Frances who manages the property was amazing and was immediately responsive to any questions and needs!

This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations.

Beautiful stay by the beach

Beautiful home in wonderful location on the beach. Loved sitting out by the fire at night. Private garage was very convenient for parking. Property manager greeted us and was extremely helpful and available for questions before and during our visit.

Perfect Family Beach House

My family had an absolutely amazing time at this beach house! The location is perfect for people-watching on the boardwalk, and the house itself is stunning. Everything is top-notch, from the high-end appliances to the quality of the dishes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this property. On top of that, the property owner and manager were a delight to work with. They were attentive, ensured everything was in order, and communicated promptly with me. I highly recommend this rental—our stay was perfect in every way!

A wonderful family time

We can’t thank Elizabeth and Andrew enough. They were superb hosts. Always timely responses and made sure the house was in excellent condition for our family’s stay. Beautiful Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and updated, we felt right at home. Great patio for lounging in the sun not only on the main deck but the sun decks off the master and other bedrooms. Lots of lounge spaces and sleeping areas. The privacy glass around the boardwalk patio gave us awesome privacy without taking away the views. All around, highly recommend.

Exceptional

This is a beautifully furnished house in a perfect location on the beach/ocean. We booked it in 2019 for 5 adults; deferred our stay due to covid; and arrived with 6 adults and an infant. The house accomodated all of us and was so lovely we skipped some of our usual day trips to just relax here. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous House

We chose this house to stay in Newport for our intimate Newport Beach wedding. When COVID cancelled all of our original plans it left us scrambling for what to do, but this beautiful property made it so easy. Breezy and spacious bedrooms for getting ready, plenty of space for my family, fiancé, and three closest friends (8 of us total) to sleep, and of course amazing views! Elizabeth was a great communicator and answered any question I had quickly and graciously, she was so open to working with us to make our wedding weekend perfect! I mean I have to mention what an incredible way to wake up on your wedding day and shower in the master bathroom with views of the beach and ocean!! 😍 We had a few family members join us for a socially distanced dinner on the patio After our ceremony on the beach (our total group was 14, plus a personal chef and photographer) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We brought our own 6 seater patio table to increase outdoor seating since I think there was enough room outside for 8 originally but lots more space to work with. Between inside and outside there was so much space for entertaining and relaxing and moving from thing to thing with ease and comfort. Loved staying here and can’t wait to get our pictures back, this open home had insane lighting and views and our photographer couldn’t get enough of it. Overall, what a perfect place for our family to enjoy an intimate, relaxed beach weekend celebrating our marriage. Thank you so much Elizabeth for covering every last detail!! We will be back :)

Outstanding and Gorgeous

The location of this rental is breathtaking, the house had everything we needed. Communication with owner/property management was 5 star. I would recommend this rental to anyone that ask me!! We made great memories here and have no complaints!!

Beautiful home with exceptional location

Absolutely fantastic home with loads of personality in a truly ideal location. The ambiance of this home with the sound of the ocean, vanishing window walls and fully custom amenities is simply inspiring. Best place on the beach

From start to finish this was a great experience. Elizabeth met us and walked through the house and all of the high end features of this beautiful home. From the custom finishes to the outdoor fire pit this home is amazing. Close enough to walk to restaurants and the market and the best location on the beach. 5 star rating

Incredible beach house!

This house is above and beyond amazing! Elizabeth, the owner was so accommodating and I have never been in a rental with such detail to renters needs! Not only is the house gorgeous, pet friendly, kid friendly etc but you will never find a better beach location. Our family of ten all slept comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I have would to include more shampoo and conditioner :)

Awesome!

The home is amazing. Best home on the boardwalk. We love this home and plan on coming back next summer. Nice finishings, broad spectrum of tv entertainment (apple, nextflix, etc), wifi and private dedicated bathrooms. Beach equipment was provided (chairs and games) and the bbq had a dedicated gas line. The only thing better than the home was the owner Elizabeth. Great home and great service.

Perfect for parents’ 50th anniversary

My parents, their aging golden retriever, my wife and my two teenagers spent a fabulous week in Elizabeth’s wonderful home. My brother, his wife, and their three kids joined us for most days although they did not sleep there. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (20 yards across the boardwalk), shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The house itself is magnificent. We had only 6 staying there but it sleeps more, and comfortably. Most of the time we had 10 or 11 people in the house and with the spacious patio in front of the boardwalk, there was ample room. We took advantage of the patio and grill and cooked in a couple of nights. The kitchen and appliances are very high end. My parents took the master at the front of the house overlooking the ocean and slept with the doors open, listening to the sounds of the waves arriving on shore. What a view from there too! Elizabeth, the owner is unbelievably responsive and really cares about her guests and their experience. She ordered a large patio umbrella just for us and it arrived on our first day. And upon check out, she delayed the cleaning crew and allowed us to stay 2 hours after our scheduled check out. My parents’ golden retriever, who is almost 12, was really struggling and we had to make an emergency veterinarian visit. Her quick response and flexibility allowed us to go straight from the house to the vet. It was a lifesaver, figuratively and even perhaps literally. We cannot thank Elizabeth enough nor rave enough about the house and it’s location. It was the perfect setting for such a monumental occasion. We are grateful. Much thanks Elizabeth Ryan
