The Retreat
Surf Casita is a luxury 2BR, ground-floor retreat built in 2023, with A/C, fast WiFi, and secure garage parking with a Level 2 EV charger — no stairs, private entrance, and your own outdoor spaces to enjoy. You`re next to Newport`s sailboat harbor and a short stroll to the ocean sand. Close enough to everything; quiet enough to actually relax.

A 3-minute walk covers Newport Pier, the oceanfront boardwalk, Mom`s Beach (calm bay swimming), Marina Park, Lighthouse Café, bike and surf rentals, coffee shops, ice cream, and the farmers market. No car needed.

The Layout
