The cabin sleeps a family of 4. The location is very private and quite charming.

This rural one-room cabin is a perfect getaway to meditate, relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located on six acres in the Smoky Mountains outside of Newport, Tennessee, the property is conveniently located to visit major tourist attractions like Asheville, Hot Springs, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Hartford, rafting on the Pigeon River, craft fairs and more. A day trip to Dollywood and many other activities in Pigeon Forge are less than 36 miles away. Also feel free to hop in your car and take a leisurely cruise along the scenic Foothills Parkway. Additionally, Downtown Newport has many restaurants including Grilled 73, a unique Russian restaurant on the river.

Guests can sit on the front porch to view lovely mountains and wooded hills, or surround yourself in nature while relaxing by the outdoor fire pit. Cook out on the charcoal grill or enjoy a home cooked meal with outdoor seating at the picnic table. Winters are quiet and cozy and the views are even clearer. The spring and summer are lovely, and the fall colors are breathtaking! There is a short trail to the back of the property where you will find a bench to relax and take in the breathtaking mountain views and sunsets.

Local TV channels with news and children’s programs are available, as well as a smart TV where you can login to your streaming account to binge your favorite shows. You can also bring your own movies to play in the provided Blue-ray player, and we keep a small selection of romance, action, and comedy movies there for your convenience.

This property is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp to the front porch, and the entrance and bathroom are both 36” wide.
