The houses are nice enough and the kitchen was well stocked.They ask you to remove your shoes but there is no place by the front door to sit to put them back on again. There is plenty of room there for a bench.Dealing with Avari management was a nightmare. They use AI chatbots that don't quite understand you and repeat the same messages over and over and they expect the check in process to be by QR code. If you call the there are long wait times to a call center. No local office.No instruction books for the houses.10:00 AM is a ridiculously difficult check out time for a large house that houses a large group. No time to eat breakfast and get things cleaned up without getting up ridiculously early when you are supposed to be on vacation and relaxing. Rat living in gas barbecue grill.The front door lock and keys for both houses were difficult. We were given a key code with no explanation. There is a keypad on the lock, but the code didn't work. It goes to an ancient lock box with a key inside. Only one key for each house. Then to actually use the keys to unlock and lock the door you have to turn it in the lock a zillion times until it works. I recommend updating the system. The houses are laid out with the kitchen and living room upstairs, but the patio is downstairs, so it is difficulty to enjoy eating on the patio because you have to carry food up and down the stairs - if you are cooking inside and eating outside and/or grilling outside and eating inside.
