”Had a quick overnight stay while our son and his family camped at the state park nearby. Location and lodge was perfect for our needs. Joy (owner)was welcoming and provided us with a delicious home cooked breakfast. Highly recommend.”

”The rooms and the building was clean. It was an easy access from the highway and served the purpose of our visit.”

”History. Strength of heavy posts and beams overhead. Even though the building was old it was amazingly CLEAN… all the wood and brickwork, which were our room’s walls, were fascinating. Causing images of factory workers back in the day.”

”The room smelled musty. The refrigerator was defrost and a tray of water was left. Shower was clogged with hair. Good thing only had to stay one night.”

”The young lady that checked us in was the best. She was very helpful. The beds were ok, tv was very nice . The bathroom was scary, old and moldy. Bottom of tub was black. Tried to clean it no luck. The floor turned our socks black. Not good.”

”The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. The pool was always busy when I was at the hotel so I couldn’t use it (no big deal cause i didnt bring the kiddos). I didn’t like the fact that you had to turn...

”What a dump! Room smelled musty with black mold around the tub and on the wall in the bathroom. Swimming pool was green on the first weekend in June. Trash scattered around the parking lot.The dog potty station was overflowing with used bags. Overall not a pleasant place.”
