The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming throughout my stay. ”DISLIKED! Reserved a handicapped assessable room. None were available!!! We were upgraded to a premium room (we appreciated the effort to accommodate); however my wife was unable to shower and the toilet seat was very low. The staff was nice!!”

”Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

”My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!”

”I was awoken by a false fire alarm in the middle of the night that went on for 5-10 minutes, after which I could no longer sleep. The phone is the room was not operational, hair drier was not present, no coffee available in the room even though coffee maker was present, and the toilet was barely flushing. Continental breakfast was also barely functional - coffee maker didn't work and flooded the table and floors with hot liquid, not to mention that food options were scarce. I generally have a...
