Each bedroom is equipped with a smart Roku TV, totaling 8 throughout the house. With 3 master bedrooms available, multiple families can comfortably gather here.

The first floor includes a master bedroom and another bedroom with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find five additional bedrooms, including two more master bedrooms. The spacious living room also features 3 sofa beds, providing extra comfort and making it perfect for larger families.

We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly.

This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here again.

My only suggestion would be paving the driveway and labeling the trash and recycling bins. Otherwise, the home was fantastic and I would book and recommend to others.

The house was very clean & communication with the Host was seamless. In the kitchen, there were more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, etc. for our group of 11.But we could have used a greater variety of pans and bowls for cooking & storage. The house is on a busy street, but pretty quiet, despite that. The large dining room table allowed us to eat together, & even play bingo!

We had an amazing stay at Xiang’s home! The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—perfect for our large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with a Master bedroom downstairs and 2 Master bedrooms upstairs, which makes it perfect for multi generation gathering. Also one bedroom downstairs has a Jack and Jill bathroom, and once everyone is out of the living room, it is like another Master bedroom. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The kitchen was well stocked, offering both Keurig coffee machine and traditional coffee machine, the beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.Outdoor space is open even with another ranch style house next door to this house. But the huge backyard offers enough space for everyone to relax and there is a trampoline for kids behind the house too.Xiang was an outstanding host—very responsive and friendly. Check-in was smooth, even with our last-minute booking. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and although the house sits on a main road, parking in the back was easy and private. We really were not bothered by the noise from the street. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It’s perfect for families or large groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We highly recommend Xiang’s home and would love to return for another trip!

Perfect and Close to everything

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The photos do not do the house justice. House step up: Four out of the seven bedrooms had their own bathroom. Each bedroom had a queen bed except the larger room that had 2 queen beds and a crib. Each room had a house size closet with a few hangers. There is a washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway. Location: the house is right off and busy bypass. The noise was not too bad. The house sits on a lot with another smaller house that I believe is also a short term rental. There is a large amount of grass and a small playground for the children to play. The large porch was perfect for the aunts and uncles to congregate. The house is 15 minutes from Bush Gardens and Water Country. Greatwolf lodge, Bollowerro and the Premier Outllets were within 20 minutes of the house. There is a Dunkin, Dollar Tree and gas station a couple blocks from the house. A Foodlion is about 5 blocks away. It’s not a neighborhood you can take a stroll in because there isn’t much scenery and sidewalks. They are building townhome next to the houses so there may be more development. Clean: extremely clean! I manage a corporate hotel chain and I was impressed by the cleanliness of this location. Supplies: the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There were some small trash bags under the sink. The house came with pots and pans. The house had a great amount of silverware and dishes. The cooking utensils looked new. Perfect Stay!
