”This property was awful. There was blood on bedding when we got there and this property person makes you put a deposit in CASH. Don't stay here The guy is crooked and is looking to steal you money. As well he is super rude once you call him out. Also there are people screaming all night. Had to leave for the airport at 3 am and they were still going.”

”The breakfast in the morning was great and gave you some options to chose from. The hotel has a restaurant listed; however, there is no restaurant onsite. Everything was clean and staff were friendly.”

”The room was clean & well attained, the staff made you feel welcome and took care of anything you need. We didn't eat there but others there were happy with their meals. We had drinks which were good. Plenty of parking.”

”There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

”The breakfast was great, a very clean room, and the entire staff was fantastic. Tina was great when we arrived, she deserves a raise!”

”Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!”

”Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional.”

”When walking in it was ok. going To the room was another story. Very musty smell paint on doors were peeling off rust stain in shower coming from grab bar. Water took for ever to get hot then turn to scalding. When you look at the bed it had a huge dip in the middle of the bed. Couldn’t get over the smell. Fire alarms went off at 1am lasting about 15 min on and off. We were then told it was somebody smoking marijuana that made the alarms go off in the building but the next night it didn’t...

”I informed them several times that I was exposed to cockroaches. I was promised a refund but haven’t received it. I’ll not be staying here again ”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”The room was on the bottom floor. They allow pets . The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was really great!!!! Sadly pool was closed.”
