”All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!”

”Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. ”

”Traffic noise was too much”

”The unit was clean and decorated so nicely! Would absolutely come back!”

”very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

”Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again”

”Great”

”We were in the area for a family reunion and thought we would stay in Kentucky along the river to see the Cincinnati skyline. The walk along the Ohio River was fantastic, and the town of Bellevue is walkable, with a lot to see and do. The property is charming and just a short walk to restaurants and other amenities.”

”Great location and lots of space.”

”Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.”

”Lovely place to stay! The home was very clean and neat. The decor provided a warm & homey vibe. The host Vicky provided everything I could possibly need / need to know which I love. We didn't do any shopping but Paycor Stadium is within walking distance. We took an Uber there for about 14 and walked the 1 mile back. Great place to stay!”

”I will be booking again. Great location quite neighborhood very comfortable bed. Loved sitting out on front porch early morning drinking coffee. Overall great stay!!!”

”So cute, very clean, and good communication.Well decorated loved the little green army men hidden everywhere”

”Our stay at The Lyric was wonderful in every way as the suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, so clean, light-filled, and well-appointed. The location was perfect to access downtown activities. The host communication was professional, timely and complete with directions as well as answers. Parking was a short walk to garage with lots of dining options close by.”
