    You'll find this cozy townhome on Locke Mountain, one of the eight interconnected peaks of Maine's Sunday River. Use the nearby path to reach the intermediate-level Wildfire Trail, which leads to the White Cap Lodge and White Cap Quad Lift. Take leisurely afternoon walks to relax in the community swimming pool and hot tub.

    An ideal escape for outdoor enthusiasts, this lofty home is bright, welcoming, and beautifully maintained in every season. Kick off your boots by the door, throw your damp socks in the private washer/dryer, and spend the afternoon curled up by the wood-burning fireplace. We had a great time with 2 families. Plenty of room. Trail access was excellent. Pool and hot tub are a short walk. We’ll be back!

Awesome spot on the trails

We came to Sunday River for a ski weekend with a large group of friends, and this spot was perfect for us! Lots of space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen so we didn't have to run around searching for salt and olive oil, which is often the case at rentals. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the fireplace was a cozy little touch :)

Excellent experience!

The house was exactly as described. Everything we needed, great for multiple or large families with up and down sleeping and bath facilities. Living space was large and open. Would stay again.

A good find

Loved this condo. It is spacious and well furnished, and the kitchen is well supplied. It's a great ski on ski off location off of a blue trail. The storage area for skis outdoors was a big plus.

Great location to slope and hot tub.

Stayed 3 days in March 2019 for skiing. Walk 60ft down the driveway from the front door to the slopes. Technically not a ski-out but really are you that spoiled? Place was clean, roomy, and bright. Everything in the kitchen worked. Had a fireplace burning every night with the kindling and wood provided. Big dining room table for cards and games every night. Fewer beds than other places but the price per bed was good. Had washer and dryer in the bottom floor. Walk to the hot tub was a little further but still a walk not worth driving, maybe 75 yards or so. The recreation center with outdoor hot tub and heated pool was great. It had a big multipurpose room, bathrooms with showers and a sauna. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, roomie and perfect location to the slopes!

We loved the unit! For the 6 adults we had plenty of room, and a large kitchen allowed for a few people to be preparing together. Location to the slopes was just steps away! Very convenient! Only recommendation would be a larger hot water heater as we ran out of hot water after 3 of the six showers to go out! But staggering or shortening helped! Overall, this condo was great, and we will come back in a flash!

Perfect for a family of ten

This was the perfect place for us. It was beautiful with everything we needed and easy access from the wildfire trail. We loved every minute in the house but couldnt get enough of the outside heated pool and hot tub. This is a definate must for next year!

Great Vacation Home

A beautifully thought out townhouse for a family vacation. Gorgeous living room with stone fireplace. A well equipped kitchen and a dining room table that can comfortably seat eight. There is a storage closet for ski equipment and a well planned mudroom with benches and coat hooks. This townhouse sits near access to the Road Runner Trail.

What a perfect spot for families!

Spacious and comfortable condo with everything you could need. We fit two families (4 adults and 4 kids) easily with room to spare. Terrific for younger ones because the Wildfire trail is an easy blue that leads to lifts with trails for every level. Shared pool and game room is wonderful after a long day on the slopes. The only complaint we had is the televisions were difficult to use. We had hoped to put the kids in the basement with a DVD or Netflix while the adults made dinner but the DVD players are not working (or we weren't able to figure them out even with the instruction card they left) and Netflix was not available. If they updated those systems a bit, the place would be perfection!

Weekend with another family

This condo is well situated right off the Wild Fire trail. You could easily have 4 couples and each would have their own bath and bedroom. Basement is a great place for the kids to have their own space. Place was clean and well equipped. The only complaint was the management was slow in returning emails. We were trying to get a later checkout (check out is at 10 which sucks for skiing) and we were told there “ may” be late check out available and we would get an email but there was a deadline. Well we never got an email except at 11:00 Saturday night telling us we missed the deadline. Apparently they only send out an email for late check out if it’s actually available and since there was a group coming in at 4, it was not available. Which is fine, but we didn’t know how to manage our morning logistics. When I finally called ( instead of emailing) they gave us checkout at 11 which helped. I would definitely stay here again though. You can’t beat ski in ski out.
