I booked at 4p because of an ice storm that night in my area (and I needed to travel near this hotel the next morning which is an hour from my house). I arrived about 9:45p. The check-in lady said "give it a few minutes to warm up." The room was FRIGID and not that much warmer than outside despite the fact that they knew I was coming for hours and prepaid. I used the hairdryer to warm myself about 15-20 minutes per hour over the next four hours until the room warmed enough to fall asleep. I try to support small businesses but this was ridiculous. I won't stay here again.

Thank u for your stay.we don’t know what part of the stay was not satisfied , because after check in ambulance was called as someone with you had a medical issue in 15 min you were gone and may me after 3 or 4 hrs the room key was dropped in the office for check out . You hardly spent 15 min in the room. We appreciate your feedback.

Luke warm water
Paid for 3 days in advance the reviews seemed decent. No extras at motel period. Not even a coffee pot in room. No hot water, I put down the tub towel to step on outside shower and it was dirty on backside never washed. There was leftover pizza in microwave from another customer. I left the door open for maid to clean it out and nope she left it. All heated up and squished up piece of pizza. The second day maid came in and no change of linens. Did not shave for the time I was there The plus side was you could park your car right outside your room

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. This is a small inn next to the highway but was surprisingly quiet. It is quite dated but clean. It is a few minutes away from Warren.

Scary disrespectful man working at check in
The man checking me in was very rude. I asked him why I had to fill out all my information again even though I had done it online when I reserved the room. He answered and I said okay but didn’t make eye contact with him (I guess?) when I said ok and he started yelling at me and saying I couldn’t stay there unless I made eye contact with him. He continued to yell at me to “behave!” And “look at me” while I was just standing there trying to get my key. He was scary and I don’t think he should be able working there. I don’t know who thinks they can yell at people and tell them to “behave” and demand eye contact from a stranger

Wasn't bad for an overnight but there was no coffee or breakfast as we saw online. Also, be aware of you're a big person, the toilet in our bathroom was up against the wall !

Guest should check everything before you make reservations and before check in anywhere so you don’t have any issue before or after check out.We try to give best service to our guests as possible.

I felt safe at the Falls Inn over Thanksgiving. Visiting my niece and needed a location close to her. The place was smoke-free, clean and comfortable. The manager was very nice and informative. I would come back

There were people living there, someone totally out of their mind, no nothing, ok, so realize you are staying at a lost beat-up motel with people who I presume running it who are so aggressive I called the police. They responded, I left. Look all over the net, that place is known for what we left like there was a fire type of left but I had to wait for police. There is poor response there, and I can't say this stronger, beware..

The gentleman checking us in was nice and mannerly. Continental breakfast was advertised but there isn't any at all. No breakfast, coffee, or tea should be advertised in hotel description. There was nowhere close for a served breakfast. The facility is old but clean which is very important to us.

Needs a good scrub!
It would of sufficed for one night. Was very happy they allowed pets. When I left I felt something on my neck and it was, surprise, a tick! My pups get their monthly tick guard. So it must of been in the room, waiting for me!!!

EH!!!
The gentelman that checked me appeared to be preoccupied. He tried to charge me an extra $10 for mt daughter. When I disputed the charge he got upset and stated "Nothing is for free in America my friend." I explained that I was upset because I didn't find out about the extra $10 until check in. I booked the room online. He simply said that is the fault of Hotels.com. I paid the $10 and went to my room. A few minutes later the phone in the room rang and the front desk asked me to bring my reciept back so they could remove the $10 charge. While doing so they double charged my credit card. They enetually got it corrected but overall it was a huge pain in the butt. I was so tired by the time I got into bed I didn't even care if the double charge stayed.
