”Loved the feel of this historic hotel. The staff was great at both breakfast and check in. Temperature control in the room was a challenge and would have appreciated a little more communication on cleaning the room for our 2 night stay. Overall, our visit was very good. We would return. ”

”Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

”The room was okay. They have an ant problem. We found ants on the table under the tv. Need to spray. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. The woman working the breakfast area was on top of things and kept everything replenished. The bathroom shower water pressure is way too hard. It really hurt the body when the water hit you. It got a little noisy later at night, definitely kids. Should have a quiet time from 10 pm in the hotel. Close to Peddlers Village and New Hope, Pa”

”Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. ”

”I found multiple hairs on the bed and the bedsheet had a burn mark. The toilet was also not cleaned properly and sometimes does not flush.”

”I travel for work and need to stay in a lot of hotels. When I researched this property, I was sold on how the reviews always mentioned how amazing the owners were. They were not kidding. The owners are incredible. They ta4ke enormous pride in their property and are over the top welcoming. But it's not just about them. The rooms are modern, immaculate and have everything someone who is in and out of hotel rooms could want. The only problem was that I couldn't stay longer.”

”There was an infestation of ants in the room that got in my suitcase and belongings. They were crawling everywhere and has been offered for this experience by the hotel other than breakfast. I also had the worse sleep of my life in this hotel. The bed also was not comfortable. I will never stay here again.”

”The bar had a good selection. We just found that overall the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The rooms are very nice to shower was good, but the bar staff that we encountered and the front desk seemed less than friendly.”
