Holiday home on Balka close to beach and nature

We rent out our beautiful summer house on Balka in a quiet and attractive area near beautiful beaches and beautiful nature. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The house is located 200 meters from Balka beach, which stretches from Balka to Snogebæk, with fine sand and shallow water. The house is bright and cozy with practical furniture, free internet and Chromecast on the TV. The kitchen has everything you need for daily cooking. From the conservatory there is access to the covered wooden terrace, where you can sit in all kinds of weather. There are good, green cycle paths to Nexø and Snogebæk's many shops, good restaurants and smokehouses with Bornholm fish specialities. Further up the road there is a bike rental with a large selection of cheap bikes. The house is insulated all year round, and is therefore suitable for holiday stays all year round.



Renters must bring their own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc. unless purchased upon booking.





Charging electric cars and hybrid cars in the house's sockets is strictly prohibited due to the risk of fire.



We have chosen not to have a grill, as we cannot guarantee it to be cleaned between rentals.



Kitchen: Electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.

Bath/wc: Wc, sink, shower cubicle.

Other: Washing machine, heating by district heating, covered terrace, quiet area.

NB: Non-smoking house - No pets - Not rented to youth groups.
