”Ash Grove was the perfect place for our stay. It is out of the way and rather private. It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. Grange and Bronwyn are fantastic hosts and do a fantastic job maintaining their property. I highly recommend Ash...

”Excellent. Very convenient. Room was spacious and well-equipped. Staff was very nice. We actually couldn't make it for the first night because of a change in plans so we tried to contact the hotel but couldn't get through. When we arrived the next day, we did not get any funny looks or stares. We just got the same nice, courteous service we would expect. Plus, the location cannot be beat. Right on the beach. You can literally see the ocean from here! And feel that nice sea breeze wafting through...

Minun "sea view" -huoneistoni sijaitsi talorykelmän päässä ja oli todella rauhallinen. Merinäköala oli rajallinen, mutta terassi oli iso ja lisäksi vielä takaparveke. Nettiyhteys oli huono ja monimotkainen käyttää-”

”The hotel was nice and clean. We booked an extra night and had to change room, all went smoothly. There was a seaview as the neach is really close. Also a nice small poolarea. Staff was very friendly. There was no restaurant, but we had very good breakfast in a restaurant next door. ”

”Such a lovely place to stay. When we arrived we were given a couple bottles of beer which was much appreciated after the drive from Auckland. We had the two bedroom unit which was perfect for our family of four with a 12 year old and 16 year old. Bedrooms are compact but the living space didn’t feel cramped. Would definitely stay again as the staff were friendly, it was quiet, modern and clean ”
