"The property was clean and the staff were helpful, however, basic maintenance was needed in our room. Firstly, the toilet was leaking on the floor and needed repair and second the shower would not drain and water built up. Although convenient to the airport, the room could have been better."

"I dislike their deposit system. The deposit is charged per night, and that means if you stay there for a month, you have to pay 30million of VND. This does not make sense if you already made a pre-paid and you are staying in the same room. You are not damaging 30 televisions and ruining 30 bedlines. ..."
