”Family 'room' was excellent.
However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels.
Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!”

”Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though.

”Sehr weitläufige Anlage mit sehr gut eingerichteten Bungalows. Das Haupthaus mit Restaurants, Bars, Pool, etc. ist wirklich beeindruckend und besticht durch seine besonders geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Kolonialstil. Das Personal war weit überdurchschnittlich freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit in allen Belangen unserer Reiseorganisation”

”Beautiful property in somewhat isolated area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only regret did not allow enough time to enjoy the property. The restaurant does not offer ala carte choice but requests can be accommodated.”

”This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff.
Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”
