Matkat – Nhơn Trạch

This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! See photo from Street View The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches taped up etc ..see pics attached and you decide if you would want to stay in a place like this ! I contacted Expedia and sent them the photos, they advised me to check out and seek a cleaner safer accommodation… I checked out in less than a day in my 4 nights stay Expedia issued me a full refund for the 4 nights booked based on the condition of this “ luxury “ apartment !

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、対応がとても丁寧でした。

Awesome view

Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough
