This hotel was located slightly outside of the Niagara Falls Park and away from most restaurants. A car was essential to visiting the park. We arrived early and checked our bags. Unfortunately, one bag contained a CPAP machine and the bag leaked most of our bags. According to my aunt, she had informed the staff to take care with this bag. With that said, I found the staff was generally kind and welcoming. An additional staff member may be helpful.
The hotel appeared dingy in some spots with general wear and tear. The historical pictures were a good decor touch. Hopefully, the hotel will replace the drapes and carpet. The suite was not anything special. The pull out bed was flimsy. The room was missing a trash can and did not have reliable wifi. Due to security, a staff member had to let guest into the pool. Two members of our party had the chicken wings. I am told they were burnt and missed dipping sauce. I'm not sure if I could recommend this hotel.
