Hyvää: Siisteys, viestintä ja sijainti
Huonoa: Sisäänkirjautuminen ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
Let me start by saying that the property is lovely and in a great location. Neighborhood was wonderful and close to a lot of things. Place was clean . Now the check-in was not the greatest. It said we would be getting code to door an hour prior to checking and when my daughter got there at 7 they were still there figure out the key pad. Also on the the description of the condo it says it’s a two bedroom condo and never mentioned sharing any space with anyone. Once I made the non refundable reservation and paid the extra for my daughter, Gwen told us we would share an open are with the tenant in the basement which didn’t seem to unreasonable. But once I arrived I figured out that the second bedroom and bathroom are outside of the main apartment which was not okay. I felt very detached from my family. Not to mention on Monday morning came out of my room to go to the bathroom and the downstairs tenant was walking around the area in his boxers which was very uncomfortable. Also there is a ring on the outside of the door of apartment which can record people going in and out of bedroom and bathroom. Also there were no garbage cans to out the garbage out. I express all my concerns to Gwen since this is new to her and hopefully it get mentioned upfront.
