If approved, a $25 per hour fee will apply to cover additional scheduling and cleaning coordination.

We kindly ask that you reach out in advance, as we’ll need to confirm with our cleaning team especially during busy seasons.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. We also kindly ask that you close doors gently and avoid slamming them.

- No shoes indoors, please remove them at the door
- Pets allowed on request – please contact us to confirm, thanks.
- Smoking indoors are strictly prohibited
- Garbage and recycling bins are provided at the rear of the building. Please use appropriately
- Please wash used dishes, dishwasher and cleaning supplies provided
- All food and beverages are to be consumed in the kitchen, dining and outdoor seating area
- Please put used towels in the hamper provided or leave them in the bathtub at the end of your stay
