Enjoy 1800 sq feet of style and luxury fully furnished!!
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, luxury ensuite with walk-in glass shower and his-and-hers sinks.
Rooms 2 and 3 are spacious featuring Queen sized beds and shared full bathroom.

10 minutes to all the fun that Niagara Falls offers! Our self check-in home is clean, quiet, comfortable, homey, and decorated in a modern look.

We have central air conditioning and heating for better and more consistent overall comfort throughout the entire house.

Our sheets are 800 thread count and the towels are soft and spa-like. We provide shampoo, soap, starter toiletries and a Keurig machine with 10 pods.

Our kitchen has full size appliances and stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for your convenience.

A lovely townhouse, but the listing said a bbq was available. We brought steaks to do a family bbq as our family was arriving at different times,only to discover that no bbq was on the property. The owner did apologize for the error in the listing, but it was too late for us at that point.Some household items were missing such as a wine opener, and sufficient wine glasses. Tea towels would have also been handy. Otherwise it was a lovely house.

Very beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is I that I have arachnophobia and I couldn’t enjoy the back patio because of all the webs and spiders. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Host was very responsive! Check in and out was a breeze. Think Thermostat was programmed. Beautiful home but cold during the day and incredibly hot at night. We could not adjust. Furniture looked lovely in pictures, all very uncomfortable.Very few utensils. Pole to slider broken so could not go outside. First time renting a VRBO. Not sure I will again. Host gets a 10 out 10.

The house is as pictured. When we arrived (a very hot day), the house was 74 degrees on the main floor and much hotter upstairs, where all 3 bedrooms are located. It took 6 hours for the bedrooms to cool to a comfortable temperature, greatly impacting our enjoyment of the property. In the future, I hope the manager will make fans available and also program the thermostat to align with the arrival of guests.

While we appreciated several aspects of the home, I wanted to be honest and share some concerns that made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay or give a higher rating at this time. I'm sharing this in the spirit of helpfulness, and with the hope that you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider a partial refund due to the issues we encountered.Some of the key concerns included:Kitchen supplies were very limited, especially for a group of six: only enough glasses, bowls, and silverware for four, and missing several basic cooking items (mixing/serving bowls, cutting board, pitcher, oven mitts, measuring utensils, vegetable peeler, etc.).Appliances and amenities: the dishwasher malfunctioned twice, the washing machine didn’t complete cycles properly (requiring me to rinse and wring clothes by hand), and there was no working ice maker.Living and sleeping spaces: limited and somewhat uncomfortable seating in the living room, no dressers in the bedrooms, no nightstand or surface in one room, and no hangers or extra bathroom towels/washcloths provided.The TV never worked during our stay, despite our efforts to set it up.

Comfortable beds and layout.

The unit gets positives for cleanliness and layout. Very easy for our four adults. The neighborhood is row after row of similar houses so it will be hard to find a small thing but the numbers on the units camouflage into the wall colors. Overall a great stop off in an amazing natural area!

Great place to stay!

This property is a fantastic getaway for families. You are not far from Niagra falls but still get the quiet of not being in the city center. Great accommodations, it can tend to get hot inside so we slept with the windows open at night. Great neighborhood, and very comfortable! The host was great, very communicative and easy to get ahold of.

Clean, quiet, very spacious

We stayed in this townhouse for two nights on a recent trip to Niagara Falls and we all agreed we wished we had booked it for longer! The home was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if ever back in the area! Book this space, you won't be disappointed. Highlights: Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Communication with the host was prompt. Everything was very clean (and I am picky about that). The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms, two queen beds and one king. There were 2.5 baths (half bath on the main floor). The area is very quiet and away from the action of NF, which worked well for us. There is an attached garage which was a nice surprise. Areas for improvement: There were a few small things that could have made the stay more comfortable. The weeds were out of control in the front and back yards, which made them impossible to use. We could have used most dish towels/cloths (there was only one dish towel and one dirty used sponge). The bedrooms were a bit sparse and could use more furniture - there were no dressers and only one lamp in all three rooms. Bedside tables and lamps for every room would have been nice. But these are all small things, and only mentioned to give the hosts feedback.

Mid week stay

Upon check in it was immediately clear that our condo had not been cleaned from the last tenant. And although it was immediately addressed after I called attention to this, it was a disruption to our stay/arrival. Check in was at 4:00 and we were not able to unpack and settle in until 7:30 pm. We were tired and exhausted from the drive and just wanted to shower/freshen up before a bite to eat. The remainder of the stay was ok. However, all the shampoo, rinse and liquid soap in the containers in both bathrooms were empty and our coffee pods were not replenished so we only had 5. We had to go buy additional coffee pods.

The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for getting to and from the main areas of Niagara. However, the space was lacking in several places. Multiple broken items around the home including a door handle to garage. In addition, there weren’t many things in the kitchen to accommodate cooking for a group of 5 which made eating-in challenging.

Escape the City Chaos!!

I had a difficult time deciding where to stay for a mini- getaway for our family of four. I'm so glad we chose this property!! There was room for each of our college-age sons to have their own bedrooms, which was such a plus. We were so glad to escape the craziness and chaos of downtown after enjoying the experiences we had planned at the falls. The city is just so slammed crazy and I can't imagine staying downtown for three times the cost. The garage was appreciated as we brought two bikes and felt safe with everything inside. My main suggestion is that it would be nice to have another couch for lounging, and possibly a couple of throw blankets. Everything is super nice in the property, but there are minimal 'extras' of any kind. Nonetheless, all four of us have said it was a win for our short vacay!!
